Tamara Jordan, has been in the Tax Industry since 1999, starting her career in that field at H & R Block, where she excelled at becoming a Tax Specialist as well as the Office Administrator for two offices. Tamara majored in and obtained her Degree in Paralegal Studies in 2003 and minored in Business Management at Virginia College in Birmingham. Tamara furthers her Paralegal Studies by taking CLE courses at Samford University in Birmingham, she also furthers her studies in the Tax Industry by taking IRS approved CTE courses each year and she is recognized by the IRS as a reputable Tax Professional, by being an AFSP. Tamara interest in Bookkeeping and Business Start-up services and Marketing sparked when she was minoring in Business Management. Tamara recognized that all of the services she enjoy providing actually coincide with each other and therefore decided to offer all of her professional services to consumers, businesses and business owners. Tamara has managed several payday loan companies, worked for two Birmingham, AL law firms as a Certified Paralegal as well as providing Independent Certified Paralegal services for several attorneys in Alabama, and provides payroll services to several small businesses among several other business services.
Arlinda Jackson has worked for Spire (formerly Alagasco) for over 11 years as a Purchasing Agent. In 2019 she decided to supplement her income and choose to explore the world of taxes in an effort to do such. Arlinda enjoys challenging situations and helping others, which is a must have in the tax industry. Arlinda is a country girl and love country living, her ultimate goal is to get her family farm up and running in full force and becoming a Tax Guru specializing in Farms.
Yutasha Turner has been involved as an Office Assistant in the Tax Preparation industry for the past 10 years, in which she has gained an abundance of tax knowledge over the years. She decided in 2020 that she was ready to put the knowledge she has been blessed to obtain, to use by becoming a Tax Professional. Yutasha is also a Notary Public, Process Server and an Ordained Minister and have worked in the customer service industry for over 25 years. She enjoy being able to service people.
Kesha Smith has been Tax Professional for 4 years, when she started out she was only preparing taxes for family and friends. With her an Insurance Agent, she realized her passion is being able to help others with things that are hard for them to deal with, that's when she decided to start accepting tax clients that were not just family and friends but to the general public and assist them with the things that are hard for them to handle, being taxes and life insurance.

Such contacts include the following: Licensor has its headquarters in Jefferson County, Alabama; Licensee will deal with and/or receive strategic guidance and technical and other support or direction from Licensor’s personnel based in Jefferson County, Alabama; Licensee will receive or be sent Confidential Information originating from Licensor in Jefferson County, Alabama; Licensee commenced the preparation of tax returns, and the offering of any bank products, from the Licensors Portal in Jefferson County, Alabama; this Agreement was formed in, accepted in, and executed in Jefferson County, Alabama; any and all payments due under this agreement have been paid, and any future payments will be paid, in Jefferson County, Alabama; and the parties’ expectations under this Agreement are based on Alabama law. Licensee agrees that the laws of the State of Alabama (without regard to laws of the State of Alabama related to choice of law) shall govern this Agreement.
For the purposes of this Agreement it is agreed that all tax returns transmitted pursuant to this agreement are transmitted from Jefferson County, Alabama and all bank products applied for and provided pursuant to this agreement are applied for and provided in Jefferson County, Alabama, regardless of the physical location of the Licensee.
Licensee acknowledges that the Licensed Program(s) and other proprietary information of Licensor are unique and that, in the event of any breach of this Agreement by Licensee, Licensor may not have an adequate remedy at law, and shall be entitled to enforce its rights hereunder by an action for damages and/or specific performance and/or injunctive or other equitable relief, in Jefferson County, Alabama, without the necessity of proving actual damages.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Jordan & Associates, LLC “Tax Angels” and/or its respective suppliers as a result of this agreement or use of this web site or the software(s), product(s), and service(s).
